Eli's 5 months old!

I am a little late on the post, but Eli turned 5 months old this past Monday! So here are some new stats:
weight: 16 lbs. - as of last week
height: 25 inches
new things: talks in the carseat on the way to AND coming home from daycare, rolls over all the time, eats his socks and tries to suck on his toes.

Eli's play date with James

Eli's been having a little trouble sharing, so we thought a play date is what he needs!

Eli went to visit James at his house. James was so thoughtful to share his toys!
Eli and James played with the same toy!!! Of course, a few seconds after I snapped this picture it was a different story! Eli had a great time and we are excited about hosting the next play date at our house, so Eli can share all of his toys!

Eli was baptized on September 12, 2009 at 10:00 am. It was a great day! He was such a good little boy. We celebrated with a little party afterwards that was put together by his wonderful grandmothers. Thanks to everyone for coming to celebrate Eli's special day!

WHAT A DAY!

Eli had a dr.'s appointment today in Houston for an ECHO.  It was a day long trip!  He couldn't eat 4 hours before the appointment, so Eli got pretty desperate...
At the hospital, we had to wait for the nurse to take ALL his vitals before he was sedated...which was so awful btw!  He waited so patiently and watched a mobile on his bed.
He was such a good sport that mommy and daddy finally got the toy that he always wanted.  Daddy and his friends worked VERY hard to assemble it...( note to self-read the directions first-takes less time!)
Eli was one HAPPY camper when his toy was ready! He didn't know which toy to look at first!
One happy boy!
