It's beginning to look a lot like SPRING!

This week is Spring break for Eli and me! We are really enjoying our time together. We spent the first few days in Victoria to visit our family! Eli got to share his toys with his cousins- he still needs a few lessons on how to share = ) Eli got an ear infection, so we came back to CS early to see Dr. Ransom. We went walking outside today and it is BEAUTIFUL! The flowers are all so pretty! I showed lots of flowers to Eli, but he would rather eat them than look at them. We ended our walk with a ride on the swing ( which he LOVED!). So excited for the warmer weather! Now, how long until summer????!!

Eli is 10 months old!

I can't believe my baby boy is already 10 months old!! Time really flies! Eli is growing so fast. He still loves to talk and pulls up on EVERYTHING! I think he is going through a little separation anxiety- only wants mommy- which I LOVE! I know this time will pass where I am not needed as much, so I am enjoying it while I can!

Weight: 22 lbs.

New things: crawls FAST, pulls up on everything and cruises, started standing by himself yesterday.

Here are a few pictures over the past month. I lost my camera battery charger, so I didn't get to take any pictures of Eli with his granny and grandpa Prukop who came to visit us just a few weeks ago. I found my battery charger, so I'm ready to take more pics when we come home in 2 WEEKS!!! yay!

Eli:

9. those beautiful green eyes that look up at me when I cuddle you at night

It's been a while...

This month has gone by so fast that I haven't had any time to sit down and work on my blog. Eli is now a champ at crawling AND pulling up. All he does is crawl around and pull up on things. He loves to play chase with mommy and daddy. Eli is also sprouting out teeth. He got his first tooth and is working on the next two! We have had quite a few ear infections over the last few months which are no fun at all! Eli has been lucky to have his family come and visit him too! We've had visits from Grandma and Grandpa Prukop, Granny Mary, Aunt Meg, Uncle Matt and Aunt Kara! Eli loves it when he gets to see his family! He will be 10 months next week! Yay!

Eli is 9 months old!!

Eli is growing up so fast! He is such a big boy now. He has done so much over the past few months. Eli is crawling now- the video below shows him during the early stages. Eli also sits in the shopping cart now. He loves to go shopping just so he can look at everyone coming by. Eli has become a really GREAT sleeper in the past month- this makes mommy and daddy very happy! He eats finger foods really good. Eli has so many new toys to play with that he has trouble deciding which one to go to first. Jake and I really enjoy our little boy! I have 2 favorite times of the day: 1. Waking Eli up in the morning because he always has a smile on his face. 2. Picking him up from Paula's- he starts to kick his feet and flap his arms when he sees me and daddy!
