Silly Boy
Trying to walk
Momma loves the little baby!
Got a big kick out of being taller than mommy and daddy!
Playing Superman!
Just a few pictures of our family bonding time on Monday night! Eli will smile, laugh, and talk until you get a camera out. Then, he just stares at the camera like he knows something is up. Jake had to hide the camera to get some of these shots! Enjoy!

Mr. Picky Eater!!!
Eating his cheaper formula...
and he's out!! What a busy day (it's 12:30 pm )
So, we tried switching Eli's formula from Similac to Good Start today because I keep getting coupons for Good Start( and it's cheaper!!!). But NOOOO, little Eli just would not take the cheaper stuff. So, I drove all the way to the store to get his more expensive formula. When I got back, guess which formula he decides to take!!?? Good Start! I feel like he is purposely messing with me! Oh well!!

My two angels!!
Eli taking his bubble bath- around 2 months old
So, I'm sure you are wondering....TWO angels?? Well, my first little angel is ( of course) my baby Eli! I am so grateful to have him and appreciate every minute with him. The other angel is the lady in the picture with us. I don't want to reveal her full name, but her first name is Lisa and she a nicu doctor in College Station. I owe her everything because she is the reason Eli is still here with me today. I still get teary eyed when I think of that night, but was so lucky that Lisa was a doctor there. This is a picture of us at the College Station hospital just 2 months after Eli was born. I had to go there and thank her personally. She ( and the other AMAZING staff) will always be in my hearts because without them, I wouldn't get to see Eli's smiling face everyday!! Tummy Time Troubles
hey there!
playing with his taggie
So cute!
Tummy time!
We keep working on tummy time, but Eli would rather skip that step and start walking. Here are a few pictures of our attempts...but he would rather wrestle with his taggie = )

My Little Man
My gerber baby!
So handsome!
Just a few hours after heart surgery
As Eli gets older, he is changing so fast! Here's just a few things:1. He loves to lay on his changing table and smiles nonstop!
2. The only time he cries is when he is hungry or tired = )
3. Eli discovered his hands and loves to stick them in his mouth.
4. His laugh is soooo precious!
5. He sleeps through the night- if you count 5 am as morning = )
6. Eli wiggles all the time- kicking and swinging- this kid will never have a weight problem because he's constantly moving!
7. He is soooo over his green pacifier that he had at TCH...now only wants the Nuk pacifiers
8. Eli talks in the car....well, babbles! He loves to have a conversation!
9. He is now eating 6 ounce bottles!! He likes to eat...just like mom!
10. Every morning when I wake him up, he has the BIGGEST smile on his face. Definitely a morning kiddo!
I can't believe how much he has changed!!! I love my little superman!
My first blog!
I decided to start a blog so that all of our family and friends can keep up with Eli. He has been doing really good! Eli is almost 4 MONTHS now- how time flies by! He started daycare last week and is doing so good there. So many more good things to come!
